WHEREAS: Omayra Guzman-Garcia has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS: Omayra Guzman-Garcia wants to pay these tax bills; and

 

WHEREAS: Omayra Guzman-Garcia is asking for assistance with these accounts.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 96441, 72675, and 71555 be forgiven

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Omayra Guzman-Garcia will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 96441, 72675, and 71555.
