ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DION I. BOYD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 55396, 55397, 81573, 554433, 55713, AND 55694

WHEREAS, Dion I. Boyd has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Dion I. Boyd has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Dion I. Boyd has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 55396, 55397, 81573, 554433, 55713, and 55694 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Dion I. Boyd will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 55396, 55397, 81573, 554433, 55713, and 55694.
