WHEREAS: Ms. Lugo had five vehicles in 2008 and 2009, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Lugo says that these vehicles were her friends, who is now in Puerto Rico, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Lugo is asking for assistance with these accounts because she is too poor to pay.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for account numbers 732669, 749199, 764861, and 964862 be forgiven

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that for account number 732668 the interest be forgiven.
