ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JESSICA DELECKE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 857959, 759697, AND 483385

WHEREAS, Jessica DeLecke has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Jessica DeLecke has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Jessica DeLecke has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 857959, 759697, and 483385 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jessica DeLecke will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 857959, 759697, and 483385.
