WHEREAS, Janette C. Zaleta has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

 

WHEREAS, Janette C. Zaleta has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Janette C. Zaleta has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 107065 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Janette C. Zaleta] will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 107065.
