WHEREAS: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven is a non-profit organization, and

 

WHEREAS: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven owns property at 257 Columbus Avenue, and

 

WHEREAS: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven did not submit the required tax-exempt paperwork on time to the Assessor’s office, and

 

WHEREAS: This property was assessed property taxes for GL2025, and

 

WHEREAS: These the tax-exempt paperwork has been submitted and will be effective for the GL 2026.

 

NOW THERFORE BE IT ORDERED that the taxes, interest, and fees on account numbers 16540 and 58049 be forgiven.
