WHEREAS: Ms. Laguna has sold the car, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Laguna is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for account number 813007 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that for account number 829150 be forgiven and the tax be reduced to $200.00.
