ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF EBONY DICKERSON ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 83161, 63636, 64363, 64339, 63709, 84000, AND 83162

WHEREAS, Ebony Dickerson has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Ebony Dickerson has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Ebony Dickerson has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 83161, 63636, 64363, 64339, 63709, 84000, and 83162 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ebony Dickerson will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 83161, 63636, 64363, 64339, 63709, 84000, and 83162.
