WHEREAS: EIR Urban Youth Boxing Inc is a non-profit organization, and
WHEREAS: EIR Urban Youth Boxing Inc owns property at 540 Ella T. Grasso Blvd and two motor vehicles, and
WHEREAS: EIR Urban Youth Boxing Inc did not submit the required tax-exempt paperwork on time to the Assessor’s office, and
WHEREAS: This property was assessed property taxes for GL2023 and GL 2024 and
WHEREAS: These the tax-exempt paperwork has been submitted and will be effective for the GL 2025.
NOW THERFORE BE IT ORDERED that the taxes, interest, and fees on account numbers 947093, 83873, and 65766 be forgiven.
