ORDER OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING ASSISTANCE WITH REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JENNIFER PIETRUSZKA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT NUMBER 92026.

WHEREAS, Jennifer Pietruszka has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Jennifer Pietruszka has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Jennifer Pietruszka has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts number 92026 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jennifer Pietruszka will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts numbers 92026.
