ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF WILMERRYS RAMOS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 93363

WHEREAS, Wilmerrys Ramos has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

 

WHEREAS, Wilmerrys Ramos has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Wilmerrys Ramos has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 93363 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Wilmerrys Ramos will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 93363.
