ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ANA GOMEZ-PAULINO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 69982 AND 70901

WHEREAS, Ana Gomez-Paulino has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Ana Gomez-Paulino has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Ana Gomez-Paulino has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 69982 and 70901be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ana Gomez-Paulino will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 69982 and 70901.
