ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF KIZZY MELVIN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 89908

WHEREAS, Kizzy Melvin has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Kizzy Melvin has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Kizzy Melvin has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 89908 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Kizzy Melvin will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 89908.
