ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF WILMARIE RIVERA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 94738, 94647, AND 95180

WHEREAS, Wilmarie Rivera has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Wilmarie Rivera has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Wilmarie Rivera has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 94738, 94647, and 95180 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Wilmarie Rivera will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 94738, 94647, and 95180.
