ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DENNIS BEVERLEY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 81351, 54878, AND 54882.

WHEREAS, Dennis Beverley has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Dennis Beverley has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Dennis Beverley has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 81351, 54878, and 54882 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Dennis Beverley will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 81351, 54878, and 54882.
