ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS AUTHORIZING THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF EDUCATION TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH TRIFECTA ECOSYSTEMS, UNDER CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE - CT GROWN FOR CT KIDS SHIPPING CONTAINERS FOR HIGH SCHOOL IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026.

WHEREAS, the New Haven Board of Education (the “Board”) and Board of Education, Trifecta Ecosystems, Inc. (the “Vendor”) are the parties (collectively the “Parties”); and
WHEREAS, the Parties reached an agreement for services rendered with Trifecta Ecosystems, Inc. regarding the CT Grown for CT Kids Shipping Container for High School in the Community; and
WHEREAS, the district proposes services with Trifecta Ecosystems, Inc. for management and installation related to CT Kids Shipping Container for High School in the Community to the Board, which was approved at its October 27, 2025 Board of Education meeting; and
WHEREAS, signatures of both Board of Alders and Board of Education are required for documentation for authorization through June 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of Alders of the City of New Haven that the agreement with Trifecta Ecosystems, Inc under CT Kids Shipping Container for High School in the Community is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the President of the Board of Education or the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement as well as such additional instruments as may be deemed necessary or expedient to implement the terms of the agreement.
