RESOLUTION OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS ELECTING ALDER ADAM J. MARCHAND AS A BOARD OF ALDERS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE TRANSFER COMMITTEE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Alder Adam J. Marchand be and hereby is declared elected as a Board of Alders representative to the Transfer Committee for the ensuing years of 2026 and 2025 and until a successor is duly elected and has qualified.
