ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MICHELLE MIMS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 83717, 85193, AND85291

WHEREAS, Michelle Mims has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Michelle Mims has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Michelle Mims has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 83717, 85193, and 85291 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Michelle Mims will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 83717, 85193, and 85291.
