ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CYNTHRONIA BROWN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 56102, 56349, AND 56388

WHEREAS, Cynthronia Brown has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Cynthronia Brown has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Cynthronia Brown has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 56102, 56349, and 56388 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Cynthronia Brown will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 56102, 56349, and 56388.
