ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JACQUANITA M. BROWN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 56155, 56437, AND 56395.

WHEREAS: Jacquanita M. Brown has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Jacquanita M. Brown has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Jacquanita M. Brown has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 56155, 56437, and 56395be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jacquanita M. Brown will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 56155, 56437, and 56395.
