WHEREAS, Dara Evans has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

 

WHEREAS, Dara Evans has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Dara Evans has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 110531 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Dara Evans will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 110531.
