ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LAROYA LAWRENCE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 79449

WHEREAS, Laroya Lawrence has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Laroya Lawrence has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Laroya Lawrence has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 79449 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Laroya Lawrence will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 79449.
