ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CARLOS MATOS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 81874

WHEREAS, Carlos Matos has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Carlos Matos has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Carlos Matos has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 81874 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Carlos Matos will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 81874.
