ORDER EXTENDING THE CURRENT AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWER EAST, AT 18 TOWER LANE FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR.

Body

WHEREAS: Tower East has a 40-year Tax Abatement agreement with the City of New Haven, and

WHEREAS: The Tax Abatement agreement is due to expire, and a new agreement needs to be done, and

WHEREAS: To ensure that the Tax Abatement agreement does not expire before a new Tax Abatement agreement can be completed.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that an additional year extension of the current Tax Abatement agreement be added.
