ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CARMEN MARTINEZ ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 82712, 89447, 83171, AND 81490

WHEREAS, Carmen Martinez has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Carmen Martinez has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Carmen Martinez has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 82712, 89447, 83171, and 81490 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Carmen Martinez will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 82712, 89447, 83171, and 81490.
