ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SUMMER SANDERS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 96915 AND 96914

WHEREAS, Summer Sanders has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Summer Sanders has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, [Summer Sanders has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 96915 and 96914 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Summer Sanders will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 96915 and 96914.
