ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JESSICA SANTIAGO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 97825, 93848, AND 97792

WHEREAS, Jessica Santiago has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Jessica Santiago has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Jessica Santiago has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 97825, 93848, and 97792 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jessica Santiago will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 97825, 93848, and 97792.
