WHEREAS: Ms. Anderson has been determined to be disabled by the Social Security Administration, and

WHEREAS:  Ms. Anderson has been told by the Assessor’s office that her claim is too late to be processed for the 2017 Grand List year, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Anderson is asking for assistance with this claim.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account 52058 be forgiven and the tax be reduced to $52.44.
