ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF RICHARD A. BUCKHOLZ, TAX ACCOUNT NUMBERS 1929, 1930, AND 1931.
Body
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz owns 108 Kneeland Road, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz had his credit union issue checks for all of his Grand List 2024 tax bills, and
WHEREAS: Three of the checks were not credited by the city tax office due to non-receipt, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz had his credit union stop payment on those checks and he came into the tax office to pay these accounts, and
WHEREAS: Due to the late payment of these accounts Mr. Buckholz was charged $305.39 in interest, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz is requesting assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest paid in the amount of $305.39 be refunded.
