ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF RICHARD A. BUCKHOLZ, TAX ACCOUNTS 1924, 1929, 1930, AND 1931.
Body
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz had six tax accounts due for GL 2024; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz had made arrangement to have his credit union issue checks to New Haven for these taxes; and
WHEREAS: The credit union issued these six checks and only two were received by the city Tax Collector’s office; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz when notified by the Tax Collector’s office that four of these accounts were past due, he came to the tax collector’s office and paid the taxes and interest due, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Buckholz is requesting assistance from the Board of Alders concerning the interest he paid.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the following account numbers be credited, number 1924 credited $4.77, number 1929 credited $261.13, number 1930 credited $3.39, and number 1931 credited $40.87.
