ORDER  OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CAROLINA NEILSON ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 87099

WHEREAS, Carolina Neilson has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

WHEREAS, Carolina Neilson has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

WHEREAS, Carolina Neilson has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 87099 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Carolina Neilson will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 87099.
