WHEREAS: : FJ Fucci Inc dba FEF LLC has been assessed a 10 percent penalty against their property, and

WHEREAS: FJ Fucci Inc dba FEF LLC has asked the Board of Alders for assistance.

NOW THERFORE LET IT BE ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the taxes for account number 3916 be reduced by $2,939.28.
