BE IT HEREBY ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax refund
applications specified hereinafter by taxpayer's name, account number, and refund
amount be and hereby are approved pursuant to the Connecticut General Statutes and
the certification of the Tax Collector. The Tax Collector shall draw orders upon the City
Treasurer for each payee specified and, pursuant to Section 2-37 of the City Ordinances,
the Controller or his designee shall surrender each payment to the payee named thereon
after obtaining satisfaction of any and all debts owed to the City of New Haven by the
Payee.
