ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CONSTANCE LAFAYETTE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 78004, 88408, 77979, 79170, AND 79060

WHEREAS, Constance Lafayette has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Constance Lafayette has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Constance Lafayette has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 78004, 88408, 77979, 79170, and 79060 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Constance Lafayette will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 78004, 88408, 77979, 79170, and 79060.
