ORDER OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MARIAH CHASE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT NUMBERS 59069 AND 59090.

WHEREAS: Mariah Chase has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS: Mariah Chase has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Mariah Chase has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 59069 and 59090 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mariah Chase will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 59069 and 59090.
