ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LACOLA SHEPARD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 99425

WHEREAS, Lacola Shepard has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Lacola Shepard has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Lacola Shepard has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 99425 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Lacola Shepard will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 99425.
