ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ANDRE L. MAYBIN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 82807 AND 82808.

 

Body

WHEREAS: Andre L. Maybin has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS: Andre L. Maybin has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS: Andre L. Maybin has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account numbers 82807 and 82808 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Andre L. Maybin will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 82807 and 82808.
