ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF NYOMIE GRECO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 954844, 70568, 71053, 913639, 931021, AND 70569.

WHEREAS, Nyomie Greco has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Nyomie Greco has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Nyomie Greco has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 954844, 70568, 71053, 913639, 931021, and 70569 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Nyomie Greco will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 954844, 70568, 71053, 913639, 931021, and 70569.
