ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF KWAI MALAK KUT ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 731936, 731937, AND 781155

WHEREAS: Kwai Malak Kut has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Kwai Malak Kut wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Kwai Malak Kut is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 731936, 731937, and 781155 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Kwai Malak Kut will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 731936, 731937, and 781155.
