WHEREAS: Mr. Carbonell had three vehicles from 2012 through 2014, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Carbonell was in prison from 2013 through 2018 and now has no idea of what happened to these vehicles, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Carbonell is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for account numbers 856504, 856505, 874124, and 890493 be forgiven
