ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CHANDRA PRESTON ON HER MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT NUMBERS 883129, 883130, 900676, AND 935547. 

Body

WHEREAS: Ms. Preston had two vehicles from 2012 to 2013, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Preston states that one car was traded and the other repossessed, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Preston is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for account numbers 883130, 90676, and 935547 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that for account number 883129 the interest be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Chandra Preston  will pay the outstanding taxes due within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the tax and  interests shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 883129, 883130, 900676, and 935547.
