WHEREAS: Westville Cemetery is a non-profit organization, and
WHEREAS: Westville Cemetery owns property at 701 Whalley Avenue, and
WHEREAS: Westville Cemetery did not submit the required tax-exempt paperwork on time to the Assessor’s office, and
WHEREAS: This property was assessed property taxes for GL2021 through GL 2024 and
WHEREAS: These the tax-exempt paperwork has been submitted and will be effective for the GL 2025.
NOW THERFORE BE IT ORDERED that the taxes, interest, and fees on account number 23619 be forgiven.
