ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF GEORGE BALLARD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 774960 AND 789907

WHEREAS, George Ballard has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, George Ballard has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, George Ballard has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 774960 and 789907 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that George Ballard will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 774960 and 789907.
