ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CATRENIA FORBES ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 85109

WHEREAS, Catrenia Forbes has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Catrenia Forbes has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Catrenia Forbes has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 85109 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Catrenia Forbes will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 85109
