WHEREAS:  Mr. Velez states that he was in jail from 2013 to 2018, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Velez is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for accounts 771247, 836385, 836386, 836387, 836388, 386389, and 852801 be forgiven.
