ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF VINCENT JONES ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX 933022, 915501,076436, and 896299

WHEREAS, Vincent Jones has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Vincent Jones has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Vincent Jones has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 933022, 915501, and 896299 be forgiven; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the taxes interest and fees for motor vehicle tax account 76436 be forgiven; and

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Vincent Jones will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 933022, 915501, and 896299.
