ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ERICK JUSINO JR., ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 86481, 76796, 88021, 76708, AND 76709

WHEREAS, Erick Jusino Jr. has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Erick Jusino Jr. has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Erick Jusino Jr. has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 86481, 76796, 88021, 76708, and 76709 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Erick Jusino Jr. will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 86481, 76796, 88021, 76708, and 76709.
