ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ANTHONY LEGGETT ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 78796, 78754, AND 78797

WHEREAS, Anthony Leggettt has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Anthony Leggettt has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Anthony Leggettt has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 78796, 78754, and 78797 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Anthony Leggettt will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 78796, 78754, and 78797.
