WHEREAS: Mr. Teniza is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 590621 be forgiven

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the interest for account number 95144 be frozen at $3.18.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Felix Teniza will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interests shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 590621 and 95144.
