ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ARMANI MCAULEY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 82100 AND 89615

WHEREAS, Armani Mcauley has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Armani Mcauley has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Armani Mcauley has requested assistance regarding the taxes fees and interest accrued on of these accounts and the interest on the other account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax  interest  and fees for motor vehicle tax account 82100 be forgiven and the interest for motor vehicle tax account 89615 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Armani Mcauley will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated motor vehicle tax account on 89615.
