ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DARIEN MARK TOMPKINS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 754295 AND 770649

WHEREAS, Darien Mark Tompkins has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Darien Mark Tompkins has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Darien Mark Tompkins has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 754295 and 770649 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Darien Mark Tompkins will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 754295 and 770649.
